When job pricing is agreed upon, a contract is provided that will confirm our price, timelines and phase structure on paper.     We used Justin for our reno, It was a massive gut of the main floor (bungalow) and then full exterior work.I had never renovated before, so did not know what to expect, but have heard many stories about contractors being notoriously over budget and late.I was thrilled with Justin and his work- the project did actually come in a smidge over budget, but that was actually my fault for going above budget with the finishings...     Justin and I collaborated on a landscape project together for a client of mine last year with stunning results.I designed a good size modern urban garden for a client in mid-town Toronto and Justin built it.The project called for minimal clean detail that matched the quality of the house renovation.Justin created a green oasis with impeccable detail that includes:A large deck partly enclosing a hot tub for a built in look, patio areas, a substantial wood architectural screen back drop, additional back drop architectural wood screens within the garden, a conversion of an old shed to a modern looking structure, custom metal planter boxes and metal edging, lighting, two gas fireplaces and he did the planting.He not only well understood the intent of my design and checked in with me regulary about meeting it but also listened carefully to the client's tastes, needs and budget concerns.Justin took the design to the next level, worked well within budget and delivered in a very timely manner, particularity impressive in the pandemic given the back log of supplies.
